ECS can provide both Phase 1 and Phase 2 environmental site assessments. We will conduct site walks, key personnel interviews and obtain the history and use of the site. We can compile a summary report that details our findings and recommendations.

Remediation

ECS can provide project management, construction, demolition, on-site treatment, and transportation services to address contamination problems. Remediation can range from simple soil excavation and disposal to complex programs requiring a combination of decommissioning, characterization and utilization of a wide range of remedial technologies.

Brownfield Redevelopment

ECS can assemble a team of qualified personnel to evaluate old industrial property (“Brownfields”) which clients are interested in recycling. From conducting initial site assessments to more detailed site investigations through the design, cleanup and construction phases, ECS can work with a client to restore a blighted property to productive, beneficial use.
